You can enjoy almost any kind of concert in the Concert Hall. The large hall, with its high ceiling, excellent lighting and 1,890 seats, was specifically built with true music connoisseurs in mind. The grand pipe organ, located in back of the stage adds to the bright decor and mystique of the hall.
The theater was designed as a home for the various stage arts such as opera, drama plays, musicals, Kabuki and dance. Displaying a proscenium arch in the foregound, the theater can seat up to 903 guests.
The Noh Theater, complete with a “house” made of Japanese cypress, provides a place for some of Japan's traditional arts to be presented. On the back panel is an exquisite drawing of a pine tree.
The Concert / Rehearsal Studio is ideal for private instrumental and vocal rehearsals, and small musical events. The room, located on the 2nd floor, houses a concert grand piano.
The Theater / Rehearsal Studio on the 4th floor is ideal for mainly drama plays and dance rehearsals.
Movable display panels and spotlights help to accent the artwork in the room. The Gallery provides a great place for Niigata's citizens to showcase their talents.
